Hawaiian Granola Goes to Honolulu

The Made In Hawaii Festival in Honolulu was more than we expected. We handed out nearly 3,000 samples over three days, sold out of Macadamia with Ginger on the second evening, and nearly sold out of the other flavors as the show closed.  We now have a mailing list of those who are waiting for our “Diabetic-Friendly” product to hit the shelves, or at least the website’s mail orders. I was interviewed by a TV reporter covering the MIHF, and that interview brought in a lot of people looking for really healthy granola without soy, salt, wheat, peanuts, transfats, corn syrup or dairy. My vocal chords felt raw, and my husband’s smile muscles hurt. What an experience! Grueling fun!
